Nevertheless, we all experience moments of pain or emotional discomfort, that when addressed in therapy, can lead to new and healthier ways of thinking, feeling and behaving.
After an international business consulting career that started in Toronto, and took me to Paris, London, New York, Frankfurt and Stuttgart, a search for deeper meaning led me to shift my career to professional counseling and psychotherapy, where I help individuals, couples and families thrive.
